By opting in to receive SMS messages from MyCoachCal LLC (“MyCoachCal,” “we,” or “us”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Description
   By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive automated informational and transactional text messages related to your use of the MyCoachCal platform.
   These may include booking confirmations, reminders, updates, schedule changes, refund or credit notifications, and important account communications.
   You may also receive occasional promotional or marketing messages if you have opted in to those separately.
   Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase or use of the Platform.

2. Frequency
   Message frequency may vary based on your activity within the Platform and may include booking confirmations, reminders, and/or updates related to your sessions, events, or account activity.

3. Message & Data Rates May Apply
   Message and data rates may apply from your mobile service provider. You are responsible for all such charges.

4. Opt-Out
   You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.
   After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation text, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

6. Privacy

7. Supported Carriers
   SMS messaging may not be available through all carriers.
   Participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

   Your continued consent to receive messages constitutes acceptance of any changes.
